How long it takes
Most orders arrive in about 3–5 weeks from the moment you accept your quote and pay.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. International transit, carrier handovers and customs clearance can add time. Your order page shows the latest tracking events as carriers report them.
Tracking your order
Once the supplier dispatches your item, the order page shows the carrier, the tracking number and each tracking event. You also get updates in the GoGo app, by email and by SMS.
Your delivery address
You enter the delivery address at checkout, for each order. Delivery availability and the delivery cost for that address are confirmed in your quote before you pay. Addresses are stored encrypted.
Customs and import duties
Nigerian import duties are not included in your quote and may be payable on arrival.
Your quote always shows this before you pay, so the only charge that can arrive later is one set by customs, not by GoGoDrop.
